AI Operations & Product Strategy

I managed engineers. Now I manage AI agents. Same principles. Different speed.

When the output is off, I don't blame the model. I check: was the context clear? Were the constraints specific enough? Did I show what "done" looks like? That's not engineering. That's leadership.

In 3 weeks, you'll know exactly where AI saves you money.
In 3 months, you'll see it working.

The same thinking. A completely new medium.

Every management principle I learned applies directly to AI. Most people haven't made that connection yet.

Problems I solve
01

Your team does in weeks what AI does in hours

Manual processes, redundant workflows, meetings that could be an automated report. I find the exact leverage points and build the solution.

02

You invested in AI tools. Nothing changed.

Subscriptions for everyone, adoption by nobody. The problem isn't the tool. It's the system around it. I fix systems.

03

Competitors ship AI features. You watch.

Ideas without architecture, ambition without roadmap. I've built three AI products from zero to production. I bring the blueprint.

04

You're not sure if you're falling behind

That uncertainty is the most expensive problem. I give you clarity: here's where you stand, here's where AI matters, here's what to do first.

How I work

AI Architecture Audit

I assess your product, processes, and team. You receive a clear blueprint: what to automate, what to build, what to eliminate entirely.

2–3 weeks · Fixed fee · Blueprint delivered

Hands-on Build

Beyond advisory. I architect and ship AI-powered products: conversational interfaces, agent systems, production pipelines. One engineer, complete output.

Project-based · Fractional CTO

Team Enablement

Your engineers adopt elite AI practices. Model selection, production workflows, compound engineering. Not a seminar: a transformation.

Workshops · Ongoing advisory

16 screens replaced by one conversation

Built a chat-first psychological assessment product from the ground up. The previous approach required 16 separate screens with a multi-step flow. I designed and built a single conversational interface that adapts in real time to each user's responses.

Same assessment depth. Dramatically higher completion rate. One engineer instead of a team of four.

Leadership

The shield: 5-6 frontend teams across time zones

Led engineering at Publicis Sapient across a multi micro-frontend architecture spanning multiple countries. Built internal tools that created real leverage across projects. Ran hiring from scratch, managed stakeholder and C-level communication.

My job was to be the shield: protect the team from noise so they could focus on building. High standards, safe environment. Both at the same time.

AI department operations blueprint

Designed a complete operational framework for AI-native engineering teams. Covers agent orchestration patterns, model selection strategy, evaluation pipelines, and the operational triangle between project management, code, and communication.

Built as a consulting product in three tiers: light audit, interactive workshop, premium implementation.

Transition

From managing people to managing agents

Built multi-agent systems where AI agents run in parallel on real products. Designed agent workflows, managed context across complex projects, and applied engineering management principles to a completely new kind of team.

The thinking is identical. The medium changed. We used to call it "leadership." Now it's writing specs, prompts, and system constraints instead of running meetings.

Proof, not promises
The strongest people in AI won't be purely technical or purely managerial. They'll be the ones who think like a manager while having the technical depth to actually build it.
